On the afternoon of June 3 local time, JingGong International and BESIX Group of Belgium and Al Bawani Group of Saudi Arabia held a signing ceremony for the Dammam Stadium project in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, and the contract amount of steel structure professional contracting business was 117 million US dollars. The project is JingGong International's latest collaboration with BESIX Group following the Christchurch Stadium in New Zealand, and another collaboration with Al Bawani Group following the Wealth Tower project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
The project is located in Dammam, eastern Saudi Arabia, a total of 45,985 stadium, the shape design is 16 spiral petals overlapping combination, using a unique internal and external pressure ring force system, complex space modeling for processing accuracy and technology requirements are higher requirements. When completed, the project will become a landmark stadium for hosting important events such as the Saudi Professional League, the 2027 Asian Cup (AFC) and FIFA competitions.
Dammam Stadium is another major project won by JingGong International in the Middle East after participating in the construction of Saudi Imperial Tower, Saudi Jeddah International Airport, Mecca Railway Station, Qatar's 2022 World Cup main stadium Rusair Stadium and other landmark buildings.
